Growing up, my parents always believed that good health begins at home. Even for something as simple as a cold or fever, they made sure the right food was part of the healing process, alongside proper medical advice. They taught me that food is more than nourishment—it is one of the foundations of a healthy life.
My mother also believed that what we apply to our skin is just as important as what we eat. From a very young age, she avoided artificial and chemical-based products on my skin and hair. Instead, she prepared and used natural, homemade ingredients that nourished my skin, strengthened my hair, and became a part of my daily life. Those simple traditions became lifelong habits that I continue to follow even today.
