Courier charges are not included in the product price shown on our site. They are calculated separately based on your order weight and delivery location, and will always be shared with you before payment is collected.
Once you've added your products to the cart and sent your order to us on WhatsApp, we calculate the courier charge based on the total weight of your order and your delivery pin code. You'll receive the final shipping amount, along with the grand total, before you make any payment — there are no hidden charges added after the fact.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–8 business days of confirmation. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier partner serving your area, and is typically an additional 2–7 business days across India.
